SharePoint 2010 Beta Resources on TechNet
A Product Site for SharePoint Server 2010 Beta and SharePoint Foundation 2010 Beta just went live on TechNet.

The upgrade guidance points out the 64 bit hardware requirement and that the only operating systems supported will be Windows Server 2008 & 2008 R2. SP2010 will also require 64 bit SQL Server 2005 SP3 or above.
